GBMS plans and constructs government buildings for the central ministries & agencies, and maintains three government complex buildings in Seoul, Gwacheon, and Daejeon as well as three local complex buildings in Chuncheon, Jeju, and Gwangju.

We also coordinate office acquiring and renting, suggest guidelines for energy
efficient building management, etc.

We are dedicated to providing comfort and convenience to our customers who
